Airios Foundation is a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization governed by its founding executive team and operates in accordance with the fiduciary, governance, and reporting requirements of U.S. charitable law.

Francisco “Pacho” Von Hildebrand is a Colombian environmental leader, indigenous rights advocate, and Founder of Airios Foundation. As President of Gaia Amazonas, he has spent decades helping shape indigenous territorial governance across the region and large-scale rainforest protection — safeguarding more than two million square kilometers of rainforest through major regional alliances including ANA and RAISG.
Secretary & Communications Lead. John Rash.
John Rash is a global brand and culture strategist with 30+ years of international experience helping organizations build relevance, engagement, and long-term value. Following senior roles across leading global agencies, including BBDO, Leo Burnett, and JWT, he went on to serve as Global Culture Strategy Director at Bacardi Global Brands and VP of Cultural Engagement at XPRIZE. He is the co-founder of Auteur Agency and leads communications and strategic mobilization for Airios Foundation.
Treasurer & Financial Innovations Lead. Alejandro Calderon.
Alejandro Calderon is a finance and innovation strategist with more than 15 years of experience spanning investment banking, impact ventures, and financial innovation. Formerly with JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley, he is the founder of Mutual Empathy and has co-founded multiple initiatives focused on circular economies, regenerative systems, and long-term impact architecture. At Airios, he leads financial innovation and long-term capital solutions for rainforest protection.

Martín von Hildebrand is a Colombian anthropologist, environmental leader, and one of the most influential figures in modern Amazon conservation. As Founder of Gaia Amazonas and current Secretary-General of the Amazon Cooperation Treaty Organization (ACTO), his work has shaped Indigenous territorial governance and rainforest protection across the Amazon Basin for more than five decades.
